The AXA Achievement Scholarship helps families take small manageable steps toward higher education and educators and their schools take small manageable steps toward future success. Every AXA Advisors office nationwide distributes awards to graduating high school seniors and schools in their local area.

“The Wisconsin branch has a long history of community involvement.  We’re proud to provide information and support to help students and parents take the next step to college and to honor their educators and schools as essential to their success,” commented Curt May, Executive Vice President.  “AXA Advisors helps families plan for the future.  We consider these scholarships as an investment in our young people and our community.”

Through AXA Achievement, AXA is one of the nation’s largest corporate providers of scholarships — awarding more than $1.4 million a year — and a comprehensive resource for information to help families plan for college. Winners — known as AXA Achievers — are graduating high school seniors who demonstrate ambition, determination to set and reach goals, and the ability to succeed in college.

The program is administered by Scholarship Management Services®, a program of Scholarship America®, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit private sector and educational support organizations.

Funded by the AXA Foundation, the director of AXA’s philanthropic and volunteer activities, AXA Achievement was established to address the financial barriers faced by college-bound high school students. This year marks the 16th anniversary of AXA Achievement.  Since the program began in 2003, AXA Achievement has awarded over $25 million in college scholarships to more than 6,000 students.

The AXA Advisors Wisconsin branch is located at 111 E. Kilbourn Ave. Suite 800, Milwaukee, WI 53202. For more information on AXA Advisors, visit www.axa.com.
